This year’s Spring Festival has been the most challenging for everyone, as the highly contagious COVID-19 pandemic caught us all off guard. As time has passed, businesses across various sectors have gradually resumed operations. As an auto repair shop, we have been fully prepared during this extraordinary period and are now welcoming customers one by one, while rigorously implementing all necessary epidemic prevention measures.
Ensure good store ventilation and regular disinfection.
In-vehicle disinfection
Ensure proper ventilation in store premises by conducting scheduled ventilation of customer service areas at least three times daily, with each session lasting no less than 20 minutes. In addition, disinfect commonly touched surfaces with 75% ethanol daily; when using ethanol, follow safety guidelines to prevent fire and explosion hazards. This includes items such as door handles, light switches, telephones, printers, and equipment tools. If these surfaces are frequently used, increase the frequency of disinfection to more than three times per day.
After work, disinfect all common areas, including the store’s cash register, construction area, warehouse, customer lounge, and restrooms. Mop the floors with a chlorine-based disinfectant solution at a concentration of 500 mg/L, and sanitize trash bins with 75% alcohol or a chlorine-based disinfectant.
Do not gather in groups.
Employees are required to wear masks properly before leaving home each day, and are encouraged to walk, bike, or drive their own cars to work. If public transportation must be used, masks and gloves must be worn at all times, and contact with surfaces on board should be minimized.
During working hours, maintain a distance of at least 1 meter when receiving and communicating with customers, and strictly prohibit employees from gathering in groups to converse.
Regularly report your health status.
Promptly report your own and your family members’ health status. If you develop fever, discomfort, cough, or other symptoms of respiratory infection, immediately self-isolate and, if necessary, seek further diagnosis at a hospital or fever clinic.
Show care for customers. Situation
1、 Measure the body temperature of customers entering the store;
2、 Provide masks to vehicle owners who are not wearing them;
3. After completion of the work, disinfect the door handles and steering wheel with 75% alcohol in the presence of the customer (observe safety precautions).
4. Remind vehicle owners to refrain from directly wiping leather components on the vehicle with any disinfectant or alcohol, as discoloration, peeling, or whitening cannot be reversed.

Why do diesel vehicles often experience low oil pressure?
All diesel engine users know that low oil pressure is a serious abnormal condition: not only does it prevent the engine from starting or operating normally, but it can also damage the equipment. Most customers’ first instinct is to assume there’s a problem with the oil; however, after thorough troubleshooting, the root cause often turns out to be the engine itself. Today, we’ll discuss the factors that can lead to low oil pressure in diesel engines.
Future trends in the development of low-viscosity motor oils!
A high-quality oil film reduces wear and protects the engine. JinQiu’s advanced core technology—liquid nano-new materials—can adsorb onto and fill the surfaces of friction pairs, forming a new surface layer that exhibits self-repairing properties. This enables the lubricant to adhere firmly and persistently to metal surfaces, creating a super oil film that dramatically enhances wear resistance. As a result, engine life is effectively extended, while sustained, robust power is maintained.
What You Need to Know About Automatic Transmission Fluid Changes?
When it comes to engine maintenance, most car owners are well aware of the basics—but how many actually pay attention to proper automatic-transmission maintenance? And when it comes to changing the automatic-transmission fluid, do people really know the right way to do it?
How often should antifreeze be replaced?
Many car owners are familiar with the oil-change interval and know that brake fluid should be replaced every two years, but they often overlook the need to change the antifreeze coolant. In fact, many drivers are unsure about how often the antifreeze coolant should be replaced or how to choose the right product. Today, we’ll provide some basic information on this topic.
