High-Pressure Ashless Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil
L-H M anti-wear hydraulic oil (high-pressure ashless) is formulated with deeply refined high-quality base oils and ashless additives, blended using internationally advanced production technology. It is available in grades 32, 46, 68, and 100 based on kinematic viscosity at 40°C.
Performance Characteristics
A unique zinc-free anti-wear formula effectively protects silver-containing components and extends the life of pumps using silver or silver-plated components; outstanding anti-wear performance, proven through various hydraulic pump tests to effectively extend the service life of pumps and systems; excellent filterability minimizes filter clogging; excellent oxidation stability extends oil service life; excellent rubber compatibility effectively protects sealing materials and prevents leaks; excellent hydrolytic stability provides good protection even when the system is contaminated with small amounts of water.
Applications
Widely applicable to medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems in industrial, shipping, and mobile machinery; particularly suitable for precision hydraulic systems containing copper or silver components.
