Quenching Oil

Quenching oil is formulated with high-quality base oil and additives such as refrigerants, high-temperature antioxidants, and brighteners, using advanced production technology. It is available in three types: ordinary quenching oil, fast quenching oil, and fast brightening quenching oil.

Performance Characteristics

Under long-term high-temperature conditions, it is not easily oxidized, deteriorated, or coked, extending its service life and reducing sludge formation. During quenching, it lubricates the workpiece surface, reducing friction scratches and protecting the workpiece's precision and surface finish. It possesses a certain degree of rust prevention, preventing short-term rusting after quenching and avoiding subsequent processing difficulties. It has a high flash point, is non-flammable, and has no obvious odor, meeting industrial safety and environmental protection requirements.
